O próprio Jim explica porque prefere usar pessoalmente 0.3mm e explica bem as vantagens de cada medida e porque não recomenda nem 0.25 nem 0.4mm

@regisassao, Usei as 0,30x75mm. No próprio site do projeto (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4819617) diz o seguinte: Edit 4: In terms of needle diameters, 0.25mm deforms too easily to WDT effectively. 0.3mm is nice if using bottom filters as it causes less disturbance. 0.35mm is nearly as robust as a 0.4mm needle, but moves the coffee less. 0.4mm is the sturdiest of them all but moves the coffee around the most. Any size between 0.3-0.4mm will work, but 0.35mm is a nice compromise. Ou seja, qual medida dessas 0,3 - 0,35 ou 0,40 são recomendadas com algumas, mínimas, vantagens e desvantagens. Pelo que tenho testado, 0,30 atende perfeitamente!
